Dr Russell Keenan – Director

Dr Russell Keenan is a Consultant Paediatric Haematologist with more than three decades of clinical experience and over fifteen years’ practice as an expert witness across family, criminal and civil jurisdictions. His medical career spans 34 years, during which he has held senior clinical and leadership posts, managed complex haematological conditions in children, and contributed extensively to national service development and training.

His expert witness work has involved some of the most complex child protection and medico-legal cases in the UK. Through this experience, he became increasingly aware of the pressures facing both experts and legal teams: fragmented communication, repeated requests for the same information, administrative inefficiencies, and unnecessary delays that add cost and risk to already sensitive proceedings. These frustrations — shared by many experienced experts — highlighted the need for a more coherent way of working.
